“Specified residential property” in this Registration of Intent Form A only refers to the specified residential property of the price list(s) which has / have been issued by the Vendor to the public.

This Registration of Intent Form A shall only be distributed by and submitted to the Vendor after the Vendor has made available to the public copies of any price list(s) setting out the prices of those specified residential properties, otherwise this Registration of Intent Form A and any expression of intent therein will be rejected. This Registration of Intent Form A does not constitute any specific expression of intent to purchase any particular residential property or the seeking of any such expression of intent. Any specific expression of intent to purchase particular residential property(ies) mad herein will be rejected.

  • Each individual Registrant (whether in his/her own name or in joint names with any other party(ies)) can submit a maximum of 1 Registration of Intent Form A and must select and purchase two or more specified residential properties. Each Registration of Intent Form A shall be submitted with 2 cashier’s orders. Each cashier order shall be in the amount of HK$100,000 made payable to “Mayer Brown”.
  • Registrant(s) should return the Registration of Intent Form A duly completed and duly signed by the Registrant(s) together with cashier orders and copy(ies) of the Registrant(s)’ H.K.I.D. Card(s) / Passport(s) to the designated venue during the designated time period(s) on the designated date(s) as stipulated in the “Information on Sales Arrangements” issued or to be issued by the Vendor from time to time. Repeated submission will not be accepted. Late submission will not be accepted. The Registration of Intent Form A is personal to the Registrant(s) and shall not be transferable.
  • The cashier order(s) submitted will not be banked in for the time being, but if the Registrant shall successfully purchase any specified residential property(ies), the said cashier order(s) will be used as part payment of the preliminary deposit for purchase of such specified residential property(ies).
  • The Registrant understands and acknowledges that the submission of Registration of Intent will not have any impact on the order of priority for selecting the specified residential property(ies). The Registration of Intent does not constitute any offer, representation and warranty that the Registrant may purchase any of the specified residential properties and/or in relation to the number, time and method for sale of the specified residential properties. For sales arrangements of the specified residential properties in the Development, please refer to the “Information on Sales Arrangements” issued or to be issued by the Vendor from time to time.
  • The selection and sale of specified residential properties will be carried out in accordance with the “Information on Sales Arrangements” concerned issued or to be issued by the Vendor from time to time. The number of specified residential properties available for sale included in the “Information on Sales Arrangements” concerned may be different from the total number of specified residential properties included in the price list(s) issued from time to time.
  • If the Registrant has not purchased any specified residential property in respect of this Registration of Intent Form A, the unused cashier order(s) will be available for collection. Please refer to the “Information on Sales Arrangements” concerned issued or to be issued by the Vendor from time to time for details.
  • In light of the commencement of the Personal Data (Privacy) (Amendment) Ordinance 2012, the Registrant hereby agrees and confirms that the Registrant is well informed of the Vendor’s arrangement for the use of personal data provided in this Registration of Intent Form A. The Vendor will use the Registrant’s personal data (including name, telephone number, fax number, email and correspondence addresses) for the purpose of communication with the Registrant and provision of information to the Registrant in relation to the Development and any property development, products and services from time to time of Country Garden (Hong Kong) Property Agency Limited and/or any of its subsidiaries and/or associated companies. Upon a Registrant’s request at any time, the Vendor will cease to use the Registrant’s personal data for such purposes. The Registrant may opt out of receiving such communication and information or may request to access and correct the Registrant’s personal data held by the Vendor at any time by making a written request to Shop Nos. 111-113&115, First Floor, Lions Rise Mall, Lions Rise, 8 Muk Lun Street, Kowloon, Hong Kong.
  • The Vendor reserves the right to change the above conditions whether by way of issuing “Information on Sales Arrangements” or any appropriate means.
  • The administrative arrangements mentioned above do not constitute any offer, representation or warranty to sell by the Vendor. No warranty is given by the Vendor that the Registrant will be able to purchase any residential property successfully.
  • In case of inconsistency between Chinese and English versions of this Registration of Intent Form A, the English version shall prevail.
